Christoph Haller
Managing Director
Christoph Haller is a founding partner of Impacta GmbH and has been its Managing Director since 2023. Previously, he was co-owner of the industrially oriented private equity company CGS since 2010, where he was appointed Managing Partner and CFO in 2012. He retired from operational activities at the beginning of 2023 and now works as an independent board member and freelance consultant. Before joining CGS, he worked for 17 years in various management positions for the Holcim Group, a global market leader in the building materials sector.
He has broad and long-standing experience as an executive in various finance and controlling functions and has accompanied a large number of M&A transactions and integrations in a leading position. His comprehensive understanding of the core and support processes of industrial companies makes him a competent and creative counterpart for the managers of such companies.
Christoph Haller holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Controlling from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
